Local Visits (Section 9 of Parent Carers Information Booklet)

I give permission for my child to be taken off the school premises on local walks around Ewell Village and to and from St. Mary’s Church, Ewell.*

Internet Use (Section 9 of Parent Carers Information Booklet)

I have read and understood the school rules for responsible internet use and give permission for my child to access the Internet. I understand that the school will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the pupils cannot access inappropriate materials. I understand that the school cannot be held responsible for the nature or content of materials accessed through the Internet. I agree that, if selected, my child’s work may be published on the School Website in the future.*

School Photographer

I am happy for my child to be photographed by the School Photographer (currently Fresh School Photography) and to be included on the ordering web page where all Class Concert photographs, including group and individual will be viewable to all parents that have a log in code.*
